 Naparin Prechachaisarut is a third-year student majoring in Finance and Accounting. “I want to study in Asia, and Japan is a good place to live”, she said with a smile. Now, she is active in AUA which is one of a student organization in APU and has a purpose to connect APU students to companies as Leader.

Kiki, which is the nickname of Naparin, joined in AUA when she was a first-year student. The reason was simply that her friend invited her. “Members of those days gave me great welcome, like family, so I could enjoy doing a job in AUA. Now, she is one of the executive members in AUA and has been planning to hold Camp for AUA member now. “AUA has three division and normally they work separately. So, I want to give them an opportunity to cooperate beyond division.” She said the reason for this camp.

Many people may think that she has smooth sailing about AUA, but she has faced many difficulties. First one is time schedule. “Everyone has their own schedule, so it is very difficult to adjust the date for everyone be able to join.” She said. She also said that it is also a problem that some people are not friendly. When she joined in AUA, all member are friendly, now the members are very friendly as they used, but some people are not friendly. “But we are going to hold the one-day camp to improve this problem.”She said.

 Although she is active in AUA with her colleagues, she will graduate APU soon because she is a third-year. She said that she hasn’t decided clearly, but intend to get a job as financial manager. “I’m glad I dealt with communication problem because it is very useful for me when I face new people who have different backgrounds, and ways of thinking.” She proceeded. She joined in AUA for the simple reason, but finally, she got many Tips on her career from AUA.

American Thanksgiving Day at AP House

mashed potatoes     turkey fruit salad stuffing by Ayaka Okamoto(The Fountain staff) Three  American students Lorna Marie Probasco, Isabela Contreras and Ashley Neira had a party for Thanksgiving on Nov.23. They explained that Thanksgiving is American holiday that make dinner for families . This year they don't live with their families, so they held this party to make some foods to people who took care of you like their floor mate of AP house and their friends. They made stuffing, mashed potatoes, fruit salad, egg salad, vegetable salad, popcorn and green beans. They bought turkey and gave their friends all of dishes.
